Legal information
Privacy policy
This policy explains how data is processed when you visit rawgabriel.com, use its contact form or subscribe to the newsletter.
Data controller
The controller is Gabriel García, photographer and owner of this website. You can contact him through the form on the contact page.
Data processed and how the form works
The form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. The data is transmitted securely to deliver your enquiry directly to Gabriel García and is not used to build profiles or send marketing communications.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed solely to handle and reply to the enquiry you choose to send. The legal basis is your request and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps at your request.
Retention and recipients
Messages will be kept for as long as necessary to reply and maintain the conversation and, afterwards, only for the periods required to address potential legal liabilities. Personal data is not sold. Resend acts as the technical delivery provider, and the sender's and controller's email providers are involved in delivering and managing the message.
Web analytics
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to obtain aggregated statistics about visits, viewed pages, approximate origin, device and browser. This tool does not use cookies or create persistent visitor profiles. Vercel processes this technical data as the hosting and analytics provider; names, email addresses and contact form content are not sent to the analytics tool.
Newsletter
If you ask to receive Stories from the field, your email address will be processed solely to send you this occasional newsletter. The legal basis is your consent, requested through a separate checkbox and confirmed through double opt-in. Brevo acts as the technical provider and stores the request, subscriber list and confirmation evidence. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe link included in every email, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. The data will be kept while your subscription remains active and afterwards only for the periods needed to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations.
Email measurement
Brevo produces aggregated statistics about newsletter delivery, opens and clicks. Anonymous tracking is enabled, so these events are not associated with specific contacts or IP addresses. The information is used only to assess the overall performance of the emails; no individual profiles are created and no automated decisions are made.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data through the contact page. If you believe the processing is inappropriate, you may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
Changes to this policy
This information will be reviewed if the form, newsletter, its providers, the analytics tool or the way personal data is processed changes. Last reviewed: September 2026.
