Between logic and the wild.

Engineering is part of who I am. It is a world of logic, algorithms and digital precision that I have not left behind.

But when I moved to Scotland, everything changed. Surrounded by the rugged Highlands and the unpredictable drama of the Scottish weather, I realised I needed a counterweight to the digital screen. I picked up a camera not to escape my reality, but to expand it.

I discovered that wildlife photography requires the same discipline as engineering: meticulous planning and technical precision, applied to a world that cannot be controlled.

Now, I balance the structured syntax of code with the raw, untamed chaos of nature. The camera became my reason to step out into the rain, to wait in silence and to witness the stories that exist offline.

My connection with nature also extends beyond photography. I am a member of SEO BirdLife and FONAMAD, and was previously a member of the Scottish Wildlife Trust: organisations that connect my work with conservation and the nature photography community.
